Breege Haughey studied Oil Painting at LYIT in Co. Donegal, Ireland. She has continued her landscape and portrait painting ever since drawing inspiration from her surroundings.
The natural beauty of Donegal is a major influence for her. Its ruggedness and constant light changes influence her unique style and use of colour. She works in both oil and watercolour and each painting is unique.
